Free parking was a welcome feature. Location was convenient enough for where we had to be. Establishments for necessities (and more) were easy to get to, especially since we had a car. However, they close relatively early.

Extended Stay really feels like a home away from home! The rooms are large and clean and equipped with kitchenettes and cookware. There is a full sized fridge and stovetop, as well as a microwave. It's a very pet friendly hotel with designated areas for dogs around the property that are well maintained. The hotel itself is walkable to a lot of stores and restaurants, including Target, Staples, Walmart, Sephora, Ulta, REI, Outback Steakhouse, Panda Express, and others. Also, the staff is really nice and friendly. A special thanks to Michael for the exceptional service. He was really courteous and helped me so much checking in and finding my around, I felt so welcome. If you're looking for a convenient spot with friendly service, Extended Stay is it!

The man at the front desk who helped check me in was extremely friendly and accommodating. I wish I remembered his name because he was awesome. The room was very comfortable, and I highly enjoyed my stay.

Stayed 3 days.Super convenient. Wonderful service. Delightful staff. Coffee was decent for lobby coffee. Target and Lowes are right next door. 10 min to universal studios.

We are thankful for the suite. My family and pets had a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. The suite was comfortable and clean. Quiet and Safe environment in which we all had a relaxing and restful time.

Afton (Front desk clerk) She made me feel better afterhaving had come off a bad time. She's super polite & professional. I liked staying at this location. When I went to use the laundry some of them were out of order.

We were in town for a memorial service and in the rush accidentally booked a room smaller than what we needed. Afton at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helped us change rooms and got us checked in asap so that we weren't late to the service. Her kindness, customer service, and compassion meant the world to my family during a difficult time. The world need more amazing humans like her. Thank you Afton!
